Rajasthan has a large number of interesting cusines which are served in its restaurants. However, few steps have been taken to popularise it through canning and bottling.

Incentives
Such items can be packaged for export by entrepreneurs or even for consumption by those who live outside the state. With the exception of a few snakes,almost no headway has been made in this direction, leaving it an attractive field for new entrepreneurs. |
